The Door Exchange of Alabama offers many styles of Wrought Iron Wood Doors.
The Door Exchange of Alabama's product offering includes Hardwood Entry Doors, Sidelights and Transoms, Door Jambs, Hardwood Interior Doors, Decorative Metal Entry Doors, Wrought Iron Grille & Wood Doors and Decorative Glass Windows...which are available unfinished in a variety of options. The Door Exchange of Alabama features hardwood entry doors with decorative wrought iron grills. Doors are available individually (door only) or as completed, assembled pre-hung entryways, with or without finish. A wide variety of standard wood species and finishes are available at The Door Exchange of Alabama which are are shown below (click to enlarge). Items with an asterisk (*) are standard stock woods. Other stain colors and species are available, including a "Paint Grade" specie. Please note that photos offer an indication of the final appearance, but due to natural variations in the texture, grain, and color of wood, the actual results may vary. We offer two standard finishes and a "Distressed" finish.

Standard Finish 1 is our most popular finish, and offers a beautiful and long-lasting finish when the door unit is properly installed. All finish colors above are available in this Standard Finish 1. This 8-step finish process combines 4 coats of stain and clear top coats with ultraviolet inhibitors to preserve the beautiful appearance of your door.
Premium Finish 2 is our finish upgrade from our standard finish, and offers a smoother, more "furniture like" appearance. Especially attractive on "open grained" woods such as Meranti Mahogany. Like the Standard Finish 1 above, this Premium Finish 2 allows use of all finish colors above. This 12 step finishing process adds 4 preparation steps to close the wood grain and allow for a smoother finish.
Distressed Finish 3 provides that special, antique look appearance to any door. This distressed finish provides a light distressed feel, and is available in our one color only... which is a dark red / brown mix with hand-applied antiquing highlights. Stunning!
Prehung Entryways This page feature s 900 drawings of prehung entryways, which are assembled door entryway units that are ready for installation. The door or doors are mounted into door jambs by their hinges, and the unit includes all jambs, threshold, sidelights, transom, etc.
Decorative glass panel options for wrought iron grills Glass Texture options for Wrought Iron Hardwood Doors Choose from eight different glass texture options to complement your wrought iron and hardwood entry door from The Door Exchange of Alabama. All glass textures shown below are used to produce an Insulated Glass panel to fit into your door choice behind the wrought iron grille (*) indicates glass available for our Town and Country doors sh9own later in this web site.
