When consumer contacts The Door Exchange by Phone, Email or website, we try to answer all your questions and give you an estimated cost based on information consumer provides. We then ask for you to visit us at our showroom so you can see and touch the products instead of basing your decision on pictures only.
When the customer arrives at our showroom, we will assist them in choosing a product that will look and work best for their home. We offer accurate estimates right there in the store!
If the customer would like to proceed, we arrange an in-home consultation. Our representative will confirm that we can complete the project as stated and if necessary, will discuss any changes that might need to be made. An exact quote will then be given.
A design for the door will be created and sent to the customer for approval. If the customer sign’s off, the order is placed into production and an installation date will be scheduled
After the installation, we will gladly haul away the old door unit at no additional charge and leave nothing behind except for a new, beautiful entryway to your home!
